Because many of our offerings involve third-party collaborators (therapists, florists, wineries), and are personalized or time-sensitive, our refund and return policy is designed to reflect the nature of what we create.
Terms and Conditions
By accessing the Celest Boutique website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions presented below. This document regulates the conditions of use of our online services, reservations, purchases and content published on the celest.boutique platform.
Reservations made through the platform have priority over other bookings and imply acceptance of the cancellation, payment, refund and GDPR policies. We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice. We do not accept vacation cards or similar vacation vouchers at the moment.
Reservation Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival may receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.
For package bookings involving third-party collaborators (e.g., massage sessions, floral arrangements, wine selections), cancellation terms may vary depending on the external provider’s policies.
Physical Products (wine, wellness products, amenities)
- Only unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
- Perishable items (such as wines, spa consumables, aromatherapy products once opened) and personal care products are non-returnable.
- Gift cards and downloadable experiences (such as e-vouchers) are non-refundable.
Experience Packages (spa, massage, curated stays)
- Once an experience package is confirmed and personalized (e.g., private massage session, floral decor setup, wine pairing), it becomes non-refundable.
- If exceptional circumstances arise, we may offer rescheduling based on availability, but full refunds are not guaranteed.
Refunds
If eligible for a refund, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges
